i got suspended from work for three days and?

the other guy got fired for riding on the back of a pallet jack so we did wrong but the 2 guys who told on us started tell everyone they did it well first off these guys do more dangerouse things then anyone else on there fork lifts and i am the only one who was ever nice to these guys the question is should they have came up to us and say you cant do that next time i will say something or should they have just snitched us out like they did i dont want revenge or any thing like that i have a child to feed and have much bigger problems than worring about these prick telling on everyone so please dont suggest that
there was even 4 people who were going to jump them after work and i talked them out of it because this is not the first time they got some one in trouble or fired for snitching
ok alot of people are missing this i work my tail off at work i do my job and several other peoples job thats why i still have my job and the reason i jumped on the pallet jack was to get back to are work area faster to get more production done so this is not the issue of goofing off its not like we were just driving around because we were board the other guy was a loud mouth and insalted people to there faces even upper managment thats why they chose to fire him
if you read i do not want revenage i know im not in high school no revenge no revenge i think i dsaid that a couple times i just want to do my job

    Was there a question?

u got caught doing something u werent supposed to do. this isnt high school anymore. u cant solve everything by ganging up on other ppl and opening a can or whatever. just be thankful u still have a job and next time actually do what ur supposed to….then u should have no problems

  • Pammie:

Man, let it go. For someone who has a child to feed, you weren’t being very responsible.
If you had not done something wrong, you would not have been able to be suspended.

Just do your job, stay away from trouble makers and don’t worry about what other people do. The only person you can control is you.

Go to work and just do your job. When in doubt about something, don’t!!! Drive machines, don’t ride them.

  • Why Not!:

sounds like a fun place to work, does anyone actually work there or are you guys too busy goofing off and telling on each other? My 4 years goes to a school like that…..
You got caught, but still have your job.. go back and do your job, and do it well. That will be the best revenge……………

Screw them over, next time they act dangerously use a phone/camera to capture the act then ask the boss why its ok for this type of activity yet when you do it you get suspended then say bye as they go out the door.

It comes to mind what many a mother has said to children. “If they jumped off a bridge would you do it too?” I know when things get boring at work and people need to inject a little fun that bad things can happen. It is never a good idea to horse around at work because you can already see what it comes down to. You should be thankful that you were not fired as well. I suggest you put this behind you and let the whole incident die as fast as possible. Go back to work and do double duty to show them that you can be a serious and trusted employee.

Just let it go. Avoid the two jerks who told on you. Don’t tell on them. If they do as much dangerous stuff as you said, sooner or later they will be found out.

As a former safety coordinator for a factory, I have trouble understanding why you have the time and need the time to goof around.

That issue concerns me. Also the fact that those who got into trouble want to get even with the others.

As another person mentioned, you are not in high school.

Instead, come back to work and show your boss that you can do a good job, and you will prove to the company that you are worth their time to keep on the job.

I’d ignore the people who are causing problems for you, and if they create more problems, then talk to the supervisor.

I get so tired of the “well they did something worse and didn’t get into trouble” mentality. Just because the other person didn’t get caught does not justify someone else getting away with things. It’s also one of the biggest reasons why I don’t like working in that type of environment. I’d rather work with entry level employees who appreciate having a job.

Sounds like your doing nothing but justifying with whatever happened at your job. What is your question? This isn’t the blog section to vent.
